Yelp to pay Cooley $1.2 million for IPO work

San Francisco-based Yelp Inc. disclosed it will pay Cooley LLP $1.2 million in legal fees and expenses in connection with its imminent initial public offering in a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

San Francisco-based Yelp Inc. disclosed it will pay Cooley LLP $1.2 million in legal fees and expenses in connection with its imminent initial public offering in a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
