Labor commissioner wins wages from restaurants

Two Vietnamese restaurants in San Francisco will pay eight workers a combined $316,000 in back wages to settle an investigation by the state’s labor commissioner.

Two Vietnamese restaurants in San Francisco will pay eight workers a combined $316,000 in back wages to settle an investigation by the state's labor commissioner.

Pho Clement and Pho Clement 2 will pay workers between $17,432 and $85,114 in back minimum wages and overtime.
