Horsewoman Pleads to Misdemeanor Charges
Horsewoman Pleads to Misdemeanor Charge SAN DIEGO -- Two weeks after a deadlocked jury caused her trial on felony charges of assaulting federal officers to end with a mistrial, a Jamul horsewoman pleaded guilty Wednesday to misdemeanor charges of interfering with officers. However, no judgment will be entered if Reese commits no further crimes for a year, her attorney, Gary P. Burcham of Federal Defenders of San Diego, Inc., said, and it will be as if she had been found not guilty.
