Arguments Heard in Recusal Motion

SAN DIEGO - Questions about how much knowledge of the justice system a person needs to be able to "reasonably entertain a doubt" about its fairness, and even who that "person" is, face the 4th District Court of Appeal after hearing arguments Thursday on a motion to recuse the entire San Diego County bench in a pending retrial.
