Trial Opens in Mysterious Death of 26-Year-Old
During opening statements Thursday in Los Angeles Superior Court in a grieving family's lawsuit over the mysterious death of their son , attorney Dale K. Galipo said evidence will show that Sujon Guha's hanging was a faked suicide to cover up the fact that the young man died while unwittingly participating in a medical experiment.
