Heart Attack Claims Life of Real Estate Attorney, Veteran, at 88
Real estate attorney Richard W. Fleming died of a heart attack Feb. 1 at Scripps Memorial Hospital in La Jolla. He was 88. Fleming did not go into practice until he was 65, becoming of counsel for La Jolla's Nugent & Newnham. Prior to joining the firm's trust and estates group , he had been vice president of trust marketing at Bank of American in La Jolla.
