Uninsured Driver Wants Damages
SAN FRANCISCO - The California Supreme Court agreed Wednesday to decide whether Proposition 213 bars uninsured motorists from recovering noneconomic damages in lawsuits against a government agency accused of creating a nuisance or dangerous road condition.
