iAsiaWorks has acquired Cupertino-based Web Professionals for an undisclosed combination of stock and cash. iAsiaWorks, with headquarters in San Mateo, also operates in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea, New Zealand and China. The company assists businesses in establishing and expanding their Internet commerce in these countries.
