USC Law School Dean Returning to Teaching
Scott Bice, one of the University of Southern California Law School's longest-serving deans, has announced he will return to teaching. Bice, 56, has headed the law school since 1980 - the third longest tenure of a currently seated dean at an American Bar Association-accredited law school. During the two decades he served as dean, Bice is credited with raising millions of dollars for the school - helping to boost the number of endowments for students and faculty positions.
