Foothill Bar Inducts New Officers at Gala
Richard Freed was sworn in as president of the Foothills Bar Association during a swank gala at Singing Hills Country Club in El Cajon. In addition to Freed, other officers and directors sworn in by Superior Court Judge Victor Bianchini included Wells Lyman , vice president; John McCabe , secretary, and Garrison "Bud" Klueck , treasurer. Superior Court Judge Christine Goldsmith filled in for Supervising Judge Herbert Exarhos with a State of the Judiciary address, while Judge Eddie Sturgeon
