LAPD Goals: Bureaucratically Perfect Probity, Honesty-Compliance

Los Angeles Police Department Chief Bernard Parks has figured out how much integrity costs in the City of the Angels. In a 17-page report to be discussed by the Police Commission today , Parks asserts that he needs an additional $9,200,304 in the upcoming fiscal year to make the department safe from rogue-cop, Rampart Division-style scandals. Among other things, the money would pay for more than 250 new or upgraded positions.
