Access to Justice

By Gregory C. O'Brien Jr. Two years ago the Los Angeles Superior Court caught up with the times and launched a Web site ( www.co.la.ca.us/courts/superior-auc/lawday/main.html ). Among its offerings is a feature called "Courtroom 2000," where a visitor can enter various doors of our "virtual courthouse." By pointing and clicking, the guest may learn a few fundamentals about the justice system, explore potential legal careers and otherwise take a look around.
