Nine More Tainted Convictions Tossed Due to Rampart Scandal

Increasing the number of officers whose alleged misconduct has resulted in cases being thrown out since the Rampart scandal broke, the Los Angeles Superior Court Tuesday reversed the tainted convictions of nine more people who prosecutors now believe were framed by nine crooked cops.
