A Question of Balance

Oakes likening the supposed recent "class-action mania" to the television show, "Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?" ("Making Millionaires From Class Suits," Forum, Dec. 28). The underlying implication is that plaintiff's lawyers are improperly motivated to file unnecessary lawsuits by the prospect of large financial rewards.
