S&P releases new CMBS rating criteria
New York - Standard & Poor's recently released a new criteria book outlining its approach in evaluating real estate cash flows in CMBS transactions. This criteria cover all elements of the rating process in these kinds of transactions, including property-by-property guidelines used in cash flow analysis, the requirements for insurance providers and ground lease provisions.
