Rampart List Grows to Nearly 12,000

Civil rights attorney Stephen Yagman said Monday he has received from prosecutors a list of an additional 1,200 cases possibly tainted by the Rampart scandal, upping the total of such cases disclosed to him by the district attorney to nearly 12,000.
