Glendale Plaza secures 140,000 square feet of new lease commitments

Glendale Plaza signed five new leases and two lease expansions totaling more than 140,000 square feet of space and $40 million. Those transactions bring the 532,000-square-foot building to more than 60 percent leased less than nine months after opening.
