Pulte expands active adult division with two California acquisitions
Brentwood and Banning - Pulte Corp. acquired two large-scale active adult communities in California. Summerset at Brentwood and Sun Lakes in Banning are already under construction. Both have infrastructures in place, including roadways, utilities, recreational amenities and model parks.
