High Court Scrutinizes Oil Giants' Joint Venture
LOS ANGELES - Corporations planning a joint venture may have to think twice before signing on the dotted line. At least that's the concern among corporate attorneys as the Supreme Court considers its first antitrust case of the new year, Texaco and Shell Oil v. Dagher, a class action pitting 23,000 gas station owners against the two oil giants.
