BREA - Holliday Fenoglio Fowler arranged a $21.5 million loan for Fairway Center I, a 145,414-square-foot, Class A office building at 1800 E. Imperial Highway, on behalf of CH Realty III/Fairway LP. Paul Brindley of HFF secured the eight-year, 5.72 percent fixed-rate loan through Cigna Investments .
