Sea Club Says It Shouldn't Pay for Ties to Boy Scouts
SAN FRANCISCO - The state Supreme Court seemed split Tuesday on whether the city of Berkeley was within its rights to end a 53-year-old subsidy granting free dock space at the city marina to a youth group that refused to renounce discrimination against gays and atheists.
