MTA Injunction Overridden by Appellate Court
A preliminary injunction against the Metropolitan Transportation Authority that ordered the agency to provide quick service to handicapped people when bus lifts are broken and fast repairs to ailing equipment was partially overturned Tuesday in an unpublished opinion by the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.
