Hennigan Mercer Files Motion For More O.C. Bankruptcy Fees
SANTA ANA - Little more than a week after contending that $26.3 million was not enough to be paid for representing Orange County in its 1994 bankruptcy, the Los Angeles law firm that won the county $865 million in bankruptcy losses filed a motion in federal court Monday to pay its lawyers nearly $50 million more for their services.
