Court Revives Class Action By Victim Of Radiation Experiment

A federal appeals court revived a class-action suit Thursday by a former Oregon prison inmate who was subjected to government-sponsored radiation experiments more than 30 years ago, sharply curtailing a statute of limitation defense often used to block similar suits.
