Tele-Psychics Claims Against Media Curtailed
SAN FRANCISCO - The subjects of hidden camera exposes cannot sue claiming federal wiretap violations unless they can also show the news media's intended purpose for the taping was criminal or tortious, such as for blackmail, a federal appeals court ruled Thursday.
