Holden Accuses Officer of Attempted Extortion
Los Angeles City Councilman Nate Holden plans to be in court again. This time it's because he wants to be. Holden - who is scheduled to defend himself against sexual harassment allegations at a trial scheduled for late September - filed a lawsuit Tuesday against sheriff's Lt. Ronnie Williams and the county of Los Angeles, claiming he and his son were the victims of an extortion attempt. Holden v. Williams , BC214973.
