Individual Condo Owners' Rights Eroded By Court

In an important victory for condominium and other common-interest housing associations, the California Supreme Court held Monday that judges hearing complaints from individual homeowners should defer to decisions made by the associations' leaders in determining how common areas of the development should be repaired and maintained.
