Judge Sides With DMV Over 'Mark of the Beast'

Ruling that the Department of Motor Vehicles has a rational reason for requiring Social Security numbers on drivers' license applications, a Los Angeles Superior Court judge Monday threw out what was left of a lawsuit that claimed the number was the "mark of the beast."
