Judge Restrains Solicitation of Graham Lawyers
SAN FRANCISCO - A Superior Court judge in Los Angeles granted a temporary restraining order against Oppenheimer Wolff & Donnelly, a Minneapolis-based law firm, forbidding it from receiving trade secrets and soliciting clients or employees of Graham & James. The order comes one day after Graham & James filed suit against Oppenheimer for allegedly trying to lure partners from Graham & James' Palo Alto office.
