Justices Defend High Court's Taking Fewer Cases for Review

MONTEREY - Supreme Count Justices Sandra Day O'Connor and Stephen G. Breyer on Wednesday told the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals Judicial Conference the falling number of cases granted review by the high court in recent years is not for lack of trying on their part to find suitable appeals.
