Intel Suit Calls Accuser a 'Shell Company'
SAN JOSE - After winning a federal patent infringement lawsuit, Intel Corp. turned the tables Tuesday and filed a malicious prosecution complaint against its accuser, describing the small Delaware company as being the equivalent of a corporate shakedown artist.
