Orange County Transcripts to Remain Sealed

SAN FRANCISCO - Reaffirming the general secrecy of grand jury proceedings, the California Supreme Court held Thursday that the news media are not entitled to see transcripts of a grand jury investigation of Orange County's $1.6 billion bankruptcy in 1994.
