Bonds' Prenup To Be Reviewed By High Court

SAN FRANCISCO - Setting the stage for a potentially important family law ruling, the state Supreme Court announced Wednesday that it will review an appellate decision all but throwing out a prenuptial agreement that San Francisco Giants baseball star Barry Bonds had his fiancee, Sun Bonds, sign on the eve of their 1988 wedding.
