Ex-Fugitive Soliah Heading Home
Former reputed Symbionese Liberation Army soldier Kathleen Soliah, arrested last month on charges she tried to bomb two Los Angeles Police Department cars in 1975, was released from custody Tuesday on $1 million bail after a judge approved a plan to track her whereabouts via a computerized video system.
