Justices Refuse To Consider Judge's Appeal
WASHINGTON - The Supreme Court on Monday cleared the way for the prosecution of former Orange County Superior Court Judge Ronald Kline for possession of child pornography, because the justices refused to review a 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruling that allowed pictures seized from Kline's home and work computers to be used as evidence.
