Ex-Prosecutor Promoted Jury-Bias Practice, Lawyer Says

SAN FRANCISCO - The former deputy district attorney from Alameda County who claims a judge prodded him in 1987 to keep Jews off capital murder juries once gave that unlawful advice himself while speaking to a conference of homicide prosecutors in 1992, a fellow prosecutor testified Wednesday.
