Regulators Approve Comcast-NBC Merger

The Federal Communications Commission and the U.S. Justice Department approved on Tuesday a merger between cable giant Comcast Corp. and media conglomerate NBC Universal, moving forward a $30 billion deal first announced 13 months ago.
