San Diego Judge Assigned to Shooting Case

U.S. District Judge Larry A. Burns in San Diego has been tapped to preside in federal court in Arizona over the case of Jared Lee Loughner, the alleged gunman in Saturday's mass shooting that critically injured a U.S. congresswoman and killed a federal judge.
