PALO ALTO - Intel Corp. agreed Monday to pay $1.5 billion to resolve the last of its disputes with regulators and its two largest chipmaking rivals, this time with Santa Clara-based graphics chip company Nvidia Corp.
The cross-licensing payments will be spread over five years, and the deal resolves all litigation between the companies that was pending in the Delaware Chancery Court.
