CEO Seeks Retrial in Drug Claims Case

Attorneys for a doctor convicted last year in an off-label drug marketing case are seeking a new trial for their client, accusing federal prosecutors of failing to turn over evidence that would have helped defend him against charges he misrrepresented the effectiveness of a drug.
