LOS ANGELES - Bert H. Deixler, a veteran litigator and the former managing partner of Proskauer Rose in Los Angeles, has decamped to upstart litigation boutique Kendall, Brill & Klieger, which he joins as a partner.
Though Deixler refused to say whether other staff or attorneys would join him on the move, the loss for Proskauer will be tangible. Deixler has practiced at Proskauer for 11 years...
