S.F. Attorney Convicted of Murder

A Riverside County jury convicted a San Francisco attorney of murder, grand theft and other charges Monday in connection with the 2008 death of a retired Palm Springs art dealer.


Jurors found David Replogle participated in an elaborate scheme to kill 74-year-old Cliff Lambert and drain his estate of hundreds of thousands of dollars.
