Glenn R. Watson, one of the state's preeminent municipal lawyers, has died. He was 93.
Watson died Dec. 26 due to age-related complications while in a convalescent home in Arcadia.
In his long career, he was responsible for the incorporation of dozens of Southern California cities, serving as city attorney for many.
