Government sues hospice care company over billing practices

The government has joined a False Claims Act lawsuit against AseraCare Hospice, which operates three locations in California.

The federal government has joined a False Claims Act lawsuit against AseraCare Hospice, which operates three locations in California, the U.S. Department of Justice announced Tuesday.
