Giants Sued Over Meal Breaks

Two ballpark security guards filed a potential class action against the San Francisco Giants, accusing them of routinely denying the guards required meal breaks, yet docking their pay for them anyway.

SAN FRANCISCO - 2010 wasn't all good for the World Series Champion San Francisco Giants.


On Dec. 23, two ballpark security guards filed a proposed class action against the team and its parent organization, the San Francisco Baseball Association, accusing them of routinely denying the guards required meal breaks while docking their pay.
