Groups Wants to Help Campaigning Judges

Retired 3rd District Court of Appeal justices Rick Sims and Fred Morrison have formed a committee to raise money from lawyers to help judges defend their seats against challengers.

The last time retired 3rd District Court of Appeal justice Rick Sims started an organization, he was a freshman at the then all-boys Amherst College in Massachusetts.
