MGA Seeks to Delay Second Bratz Trial

MGA Entertainment Inc. has asked the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals to delay its trial against Mattel Inc. over the Bratz dolls, scheduled to begin in 10 days, over the issue of which lawyers may represent the upstart toy company.

MGA Entertainment Inc. has asked the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals to delay its second trial against Mattel Inc. over the Bratz dolls - scheduled to begin in 10 days - over the issue of which lawyers may represent the toy company.
