Intel-McAfee Deal Signaled Trends

When Intel Corp. scooped up security software giant McAfee Inc. for $7.7 billion in August, it meant a payday for lawyers at Morrison & Foerster and Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. The transaction was the largest in California in 2010.
