Civil defense litigator Theodore P. Polich Jr., founder of Morris Polich & Purdy, has died. He was 75.
Polich died at his home in Pasadena on Christmas Eve, according to the firm. The cause of death was not known at press time.
Polich retired last year, but kept an office at the firm and came in regularly to visit and have lunch with other lawyers, said his law partner, Douglas C. Purdy. ...
