MGM Emerges From Bankruptcy
Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer emerged from Chapter 11 on Monday, less than two months after lawyers from Skadden, Arps, Slate Meagher & Flom and Klee, Tuchin, Bogdanoff & Stern filed the studio's pre-packaged reorganization plan in a New York bankruptcy court.
